make sure the ground is level and stone free divide the number of poles into two and screw the sections together lay out inner and outer tent on ground sheet to match direction of doorway insert the other pole in the other pole sleeve from corner to corner stretch the outer tent over the inner tent and peg securely lay out the ground sheet and peg at each corner to secure peg out the inner tent directly over the top of the ground sheet insert one pole into a pole sleeve from corner to corner Check you have : groundsheet, inner and outer tent, tent pegs, poles, hammer the tent poles should now form an X on top of the erected tent check one last time that ground will be comfortable roll up the outer tent and it place inside inner tent walk around your tent checking that all pegs are hammered in and secure check the inner tent is secure and facing the way you want decide where to pitch your tent - position, direction, level ground unzip both outer and inner doors and store any equipment you have used take the outer tent from inside the inner tent
