Earth equator tropics poles circles [comprehension quiz]

Earth equator tropics poles circles [comprehension quiz]
The Earth is round like a ball [a sphere]. If we cut this sphere in half sideways we create two halves of a sphere. These are called hemispheres.
The Earth has an imaginary line which separates the two hemispheres called the Equator. It encircles the Earth.
The top half above the Equator is called the Northern Hemisphere. The bottom half below the Equator is called the Southern Hemisphere.
At the very top of the Northern Hemisphere [looking from above] is the North Pole. This is encircled by another imaginary line called the Arctic Circle.
At the very bottom of the Southern Hemisphere [looking from below] is the South Pole. This is encircled by another imaginary line called the Antarctic Circle.
Between the Equator and the Arctic Circle [in the Northern Hemisphere] is another imaginary line. This is called the Tropic of Cancer.
Between the Equator and the Antarctic Circle [in the Southern Hemisphere] is another imaginary line. This is called the Tropic of Capricorn.
So all together we have :
2 Tropics,
2 Poles,
2 Circles
and
1 Equator.
During the year the Sun's direct light and heat moves from the Tropic of Cancer through the Equator to the Tropic of Capricorn and back to the Equator.
